Like a well known stripped-jumper wearing cartoon character, Vladimir Putin has not been seen for over a week now (but unlike Wally, he has the largest country in the world to run). The Russian premier hasn't been seen in public for ten days, and predictably the internet has been coming up with some bizarre theories on where the mysterious leader could be.
